ReportAndThrow_()

void ReportAndThrow_	(	int	debugLevel,
		const char *	description,
		const SourceLocation &
	)

Reports the description (at the given debugging level) and throws the corresponding exception. Reduces compiled code size of Assure() and Must() callers. Do not call directly; use Assure() instead.
