[squid-users] need help from somebody installed videocache with squid !

hi ,
i just want somebody who had tried videocache with squid .

recently i could finally chained squidguard with videocache and seems ok !

but the problem is i have freqeunt error in videocache !

here is sample of it :

it seems that videocache can write on disk but users cant request or read
from the videocache

wish somebody to help

sorry if this question is not 100 % squid question .

im using centos 6.4 with kernel 3.7.5 with apached httpd installed by yum
install httpd !
