Signal 25 is SIGXFSZ meaning file size is exceeded. You state that your log
file is under 100 MB, but not which one. Squid has multiple log files
(cache.log, access.log, swap.log, etc.). I'd be willing to bet that if you
run a "squid -k rotate" and try to start squid, it will work just fine.
Running a regular (daily, or at least weekly) log rotation is not a bad idea
in any case.
