[squid-users] LDAP authentication, no communication...

Here is what happens when I try to get authed...

# /usr/local/squid/bin/squid_ldap_auth -b "o=ihc" -f
"(&(uid=conmoon)(isaccountenabled=true)(proxyaccessallowed=true))" -D
appl=proxy,ou=applications,o=ihc -w passwd -s sub ldapmaster

#test test
#
squid_ldap_auth: WARNING, could not bind to binddn 'Can't contact LDAP
server'
#
#

A check of the logs for LDAP show no communication during this time at
all, so there is no connection being made at all.
Has anyone seen something like this ever?
