[squid-users] use automatic configuration script

We would like users in our campus to connect with IE5.5
using automatic configuration script.
Can the script specify that FTP connections should go
through the proxy ?
We would like to block direct FTP access from PCs in the
campus to outside world (but allow access through the proxy).
