You need a working version of IP-Filter. Some versions have had problems
(i.e. generating sporadic TCP resets), so make sure you get a fresh
version. Then see the Squid FAQ and previous transparent proxy postings
on squid-users for details on how to configure it.
But I urge you to consider if transparent proxying really is what you
want. It has some networking technical issues that is not easy to solve
using route-maps and the like. Another approach which does not share the
technical problems of transparent proxying is to block port 80 with a
page telling the users how to configure their proxy settings.
