proxy_auth patch. Duane, you published a patch a few weeks ago with the changes
you wanted to make to the original proxy_auth patch (caption changes in
cachemgr, etc) -- I've applied those in my source, also.

This is a bad thing, it means we have a little bug somewhere. Can you
generate a stack trace from the core file and mail it to us?
