DNS server + Transparent Proxy

Dear fellows :

I have Transparent Proxy Running on RED HAT (FD =3000) working fine and
echoping responsing 0.07 for www.yahoo.com.

But the problem is that Sometimes when our users write
www.yahoo.com in their browsers and press enter --->

then it says

Looking up www.yahoo.com
and it remain in that position for sometime but after pressing serveral
enters things become fine and when it finds it the page it always come
like bullets.

I got some thing i.e

My DNS Server is on another machine that may be the reason behind it ??

I think I may run DNS Server on that machine and in the FAQ it also
recommend that.
