Should be in /usr/include. Look for them on your disk. I've installed the
commercial development kit also so I can't confirm that the gcc-installation
fixed had those installed. It might have happened that you've missed something.

See if you can get the SCO development kit installed....

If all stops I might be able to provide you with a 1.1.18 binary if you want....
