refresh problem.

I got squid v1.4 novm install in my firewall.

 Some users of my network get html pages with java code
(virtual machine on a computer inside my network).

 One of them got a problem because some pages
are not refresh :-(
  If he use netscape and push reload button, the right (and new) page
appear.
  But in java he can ush reload button.

 How can I :

    1 - Empty cache
or
    2 - reload some pages
or
    3 - tell squid not to

 I can't find a good solution.

Can you help me ??
