I know, I know. I even had a quick chat with Randall Stewart about this
at BSDCAN, who is one of the driving forces behind all of this SCTP stuff.
SCTP is a great idea. Fleshing out a draft spec for how to have it live
along-side HTTP/TCP? Even better. :)
