OK, something now is more clear, so, let me to check if I have understood:
My getopt.c is the original one coming from BSD:

So, according the change license document below,
delete the "3" clause should be enough and correct ?
But we have a problem for lib/radix.c and
lib/inet_ntoa.c, they are also licensed with the old BSD license ...
