Proposal of aufs minor changes

Hi,

I think that the following thing could be added to 2.5 aufs code:

- Usage of FD_READ_METHOD/FD_WRITE_METHOD instead of read()/write() in the
async-io completion event for better portability.
- Cachemgr stats of single thread requests count. Currently thread request
counters are increased at every request, but they are not displayed in
cachemgr.

For both things I have an already working patch.
