Re: cachemgr output format broken after latest HTML patches

hi Guido,
here's the patch that fixes the problem
(unfortunately only the font "times new roman"
which is used for plain text by default will
let the text appear optically correct, this
affected cachemgr.c, gopher.c and urn.c)
