cachemgr output format broken after latest HTML patches

Hi Clemens,

After latest HTML patches on cachemgr.c, I have found that 2.5 and HEAD
cachemgr.cgi output for some pages (File Descriptors, IP cache, Internal
DNS and others) is totally unreadable.
This because these pages dont'use tables for formatting the output, but
plain text.
