Cygwin-svc code seems to run stable, but Cygwin kernel has some problems
and there are some significative code changes in main.c. I think that it
can be more fine for 2.6 or 2.5 STABLE 2.

I will try to write a native NTLM authenticator for Cygwin, but at the
moment I'm fighting with MS authentication API.
