It looks pretty safe now IMHO. How about I branch SQUID_2_5 off
now, and we can roll a pre-release? Personally, I'm eager to put
in some commloops-type fixes into squid-HEAD for y'all to start
playing with before some of the bigger things go in (eg chunked
allocator..)
