That should be enough.
Check (you can use the "nm -s" tool) that libdb.so contains the
symbols db_create and db_env_create. It may be that the file is
corrupted, a wrong version or a stub.
Alternatively, if you don't need the session helper, use squid's
configure flags to skip building it.
