does mapping cpu numbers make a differs ??

as an example
i have 10 workers
does mapping workers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 to cpu 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
can make effect than
mapping
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 to cpu 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 ?
or
mapping 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 to cpu 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21 ??
???
also at the orther side , if i have 3 aufs hardisk and need to map each
aufs process to worker
dos mapping aufs hardsisk workers can make differs ??

what is the best method to use or ehat i have to avoid ?
