No, this has to be done on the server itself (assmann.de).
So it more looks like an IE-server issue, not really a squid problem.
However, you could use
https://fiddler2.com/features/web-debugging
which allows you to trace/debug the traffic of the browser. And then compare
to squids log.
The timing of the messages might be interesting.
