[squid-users] Re: helper program

3.4 introduced some changes (and some regressions, fixed in 3.4.2) to
the helper protocol, aiming to make it more consistent and robust. It
is possible that your helper produced invalid output, but that the
invalid output was accepted for some reason while now it is not
accepted anymore.
