There are LDAP dependencies in the Fedora spec file and the ldap_group
ACL helper is enabled. So if the LDAP helpers are really not packages
and on your system somwehere please contact eth Fedora package
maintainer about the bug.

You should be able to find the package with the command line "locate
bin/squid_ldap".
