Hey Subhrangsu,

When squid dosn't cache a thing or two there is a reason for that..
if you can share one single or more access.log entries when squid runs
with: "strip_query_term off" it will be good.
Also take in account that sharing the request and response headers will
benefit us with the option to understand the source of the problem.
(try to strip the cache.log info to make sure only what we need is there).

If you want to test it you could give us a http url that we can use with
vlc and WMP to test it..
