    This is why at least one of your kids crashed:

This bug is probably fixed in v3.3.8.

Unfortunately, Squid fatal error reporting code does more harm than good
in such cases: Squid reports the wrong reason, at the wrong time, and
without attributing the problem to a specific worker. Most likely, you
should disregard:

> FATAL: Bungled (null) line 0: icap_retry deny all

That reporting problem is still waiting for a volunteer or sponsor.
