1. I want my helper to get, cache, and serve by itself the MISSED ranges
as they are requested. I will lose tproxy feature here, but I can take it
2. After having the whole file, I will inject it in squid cache. (I
already have this solved)
3. After that I will let squid serve HIT ranges from the complete cached
file.
