I couldn´t believe Red Hat change in Version 6 the SELinux process and this piece of sh*** blocked my Berkely DB.

My usual way for creating the squidGuard database(s):
squidGuard -b -d -C all
squidGuard -b -d u
Do these commands run without an error message?
