[squid-users] Push Patch by Jon Kay

Hi,

Is there anyone who has used this patch http://devel.squid-cache.org/stale_projects.html#push?
Is this a completed patch ? or are stale projects mean that they are still under development?

This patch seems to give a lot of compilation issues when it is integrated with the source code (3.16) as the patch was built on 2.5.
If anybody has used it, can you please give an insight on how the code is compiled and executed?
