Um, what type of MB?
... MB used by some person?
... MB used by a machine owned by a person (inluding all software
running on it)?
... MB between the users machine and Squid?
... MB to other servers done by Squid on that users machines behalf?
... MB by that user across all machines they use to connect to Squid?
... MB including protocol overheads?
"Squid Log Analysis" program is probably what you want to look for.
