Thanks Franz.
  NTLM and Negotiate in 3.2.0.3+ all hit an assert() intended to detect
cross-request problems with credentials.
There is a workaround patch in squid-dev that can be used for Negotiate,
but a bit more work needed on it yet for NTLM. It still needs a lot of
work to reduce the overheads and make it ready for the beta.
