 It is up to the users software to manage whether new credentials are
 needed.

 The above shows that proxy login credentials have been passed to Squid
 (DOMAIN-NAME\User.Name).
 However the credentials needed to login to the website at the other end
 are missing (401). Squid has little or nothing to do with website
 credentials.
