Inside of the access.log should I see something where the data is from the other cache node?
Like From SIBLING or something like that ?
Or the IP of the other node?

maybe you can 'tcpdump' the ICP traffic to see what's going on. port is
$ grep icp /etc/services
icpv2 3130/tcp icp # Internet Cache Protocol
icpv2 3130/udp icp
