[squid-users] Squid redirection based on an external condition

I was wondering if this is possible to do, and if so how would one go about doing it.

I would like to redirect users to a webpage based on a condition of an external script.

For example, any user that has not done x gets redirected to www.google.ca
The condition for X is on an external script.
