The proper translation of his email would be:

Hello... can anybody please help me with this error, I've been
fighting with this for over a week and just now I realise that it asks
me this:
in Centos 5.4 i386 kernel 2.6.30 iptables 1.4.5
it is asking me to install libcap2 and libcap2-dev, but it doesn't
exist in centos 5.3 and I'm following this guide to install it
http://www.eu.squid-cache.org/mail-archive/squid-users/200906/0602.html
does anybody have any way to solve this?
