TR: [squid-users] How to force squid to cache files when using auth ?

I don't understand the purpose of the "refresh_pattern" option in the doc.

Could you send me a sample to make Squid work like i want (ie to enable the use of the swap when a request is used with an auth) please ?

See the "ignore-private" option to cache_control
(http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/refresh_pattern/). Be aware that
requests for cached content will NOT be prompted for authentication.
