[squid-users] Build squid on x64 Windows

Hi,

I was trying to build squid on x64 Windows.
Unfortunately I get tons of build errors.
Does anyone have experience with succesfully building Squid on x64 Windows?

Steps I took:
* Install Windows SDK 2008
* Install Visual C++ Express 2008
* Create x64 Solution platform
* Change target machine to MachineX64 (/MACHINE:X64) on every project
(where possible)
