[squid-users] LDAP authentication not working

I am unable to get the LDAP authentication working, does anyone have a working config file to share?

We are using server 2003 domain controller/active directory.
Currently it will prompt for username but if you hit cancel it will still let you in.

We are using squid 2.7 built for windows.
