[squid-users] Captive Portals

Hi,

I am looking for some good commercial solutions for capturing users
traffic (web).

I work with an isp that wants to capture people that don't pay. We
currently use mikrotik but we'd like to move to a more reliable
solution.

I've investigated squid for this but I would like to have an appliance
that fits in a rack.

If anyone has thoughts or suggestions this would be greatly appreciated.
