The page that was (at one time) available at http://www.ikbis.com/ has
permanently moved. Judging by the next line, it's moved to
http://ikbis.com/

The page at http://ikbis.com/ was delivered to Squid successfully, and
(at the time) was not in the cache.

Not really. It's not a Squid problem per se, as Squid appears to be
delivering the page given to it. Perhaps using something like the "Live
HTTP Headers" plug in for Firefox will give some better clues as to what
is going on.
