Two solutions:
1) configure squid to pass all requests to "myIWSS:1812" to the 
"myIWSS:1812" as a peer without going through its normal request pattern 
to Internet through IWSS.
2) place squid on the outside of IWSS facing the internet. Make IWSS 
fetch through squid.
