[squid-users] swap.state: (13) Permission denied when squid restart

Hello all
Some time i need restart my squid proxy then did'n start normaly and see in
cache.log this
2009/01/26 14:21:20| Local cache digest enabled; rebuild/rewrite every
3600/3600 sec

2009/01/26 14:21:20| Rebuilding storage in /var/spool/squid (DIRTY)

2009/01/26 14:21:20| Rebuilding storage in /var/spool/squid1 (DIRTY)

2009/01/26 14:21:20| /var/spool/squid2/swap.state: (13) Permission denied

FATAL: storeUfsDirOpenSwapLog: Failed to open swap log.

Squid Cache (Version 2.6.STABLE5): Terminated abnormally

then a must be owner access /var/spool/squid2/swap.state to user proxy for
each cache directory

/var/spool/squid2/swap.state and . how i can fix this to any time restart
my squid ?????

all these directory the owner is squid and have full access and

cache_effective_user proxy
