Hi Michael,
you can use the "req_header" ACL to achieve this:
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/acl/
Example (not tested):
acl USESQUIDPROXY req_header UseSquidProxy true
http_access allow USESQUIDPROXY
http_access deny all
