Squid-3.1 hasn't been released yet, so it's very unlikely you'll find
binaries of Squid-3.1 for any platform..

Current Squid release is 3.0.STABLE8.

Note: CoolStack seems to include Squid-3.0 (exact version not known),
but that's for Solaris 10..
