[squid-users] request denied, reply allowed

Hello, I have an acl called BLOCK. The purpose of it is to block streaming
audio, etc.

Whenever something matches, I see in the cache.log that the request
matched, and it was denied.
Then immediately following, I see that the reply also matched, and it was
allowed.

The URL is always identical. And the ACL is identical as well.

Does this make any sense?
