Good afternoon everyone,
Here's the rundown of my problem. I've got a user who sits on a
website going through squid. They decide to click a certain link, and
then they get a denied error in the squid logs. However, it's not
showing a username like it isn't getting the information even though I
know the user had the right credentials in their IE proxy setup.
Here's an example of the error:
10.150.20.71 - - [10/Jun/2008:12:03:08 -0400] "GET
http://us.mc517.mail.yahoo.com/mc/showMessage? HTTP/1.1" 403 1385
TCP_DENIED:NONE
10.150.20.39 - - [10/Jun/2008:12:03:12 -0400] "GET
http://search.live.com/results.aspx? HTTP/1.1" 407 1630
TCP_DENIED:NONE
Any thoughts on where I can look to maybe get the ball rolling with
figuring out why this is happening? Thx
