[squid-users] Late Gathering issue

Hey ,

we have an squid installation here , which has some sort of problem on
initial connection handshaking with web servers , well , this is the way
wget says! :) :

wget kernel.org

it very looks like maxclient issue on apache webservers , how can i
fix this issue ?

ps : config file is ALL default
ps : cache_dir is null
