But does Redhat has the tproxy built in or i need to download kernel and
patch ?
I have seen few how to on debian and gentoo but none on redhat.

1. Configure the box as a bridge.
2. Use iptables to intercept the traffic as per the Squid FAQ section on
transparent interception on Linux or any other howto.
RedHat has the bridge netfilter integration built by default, which
means that iptables rules also applies on bridged traffic, just as it
does on routed traffic..
