Yeah, i did this by myself in php. It does a lookup in the mysql database
for unallowed urls and if nothing is found it querys squidguard.
After all it returns.
So i did both things i wanted in one script.

You should be able to chain redirectors by writing a wrapper redirector
program that Squid knows about and uses. The wrapper will pass URLs to
other redirectors and post-process the results as needed before
returning them to Squid.
