Hard to say. Depends on what bugs gets known in 2.6 and when 2.7 gets
released.

You can't make an equal between the two. 2.6.STABLE19 would be a bugfix
release to fix bugs in 2.6.STABLE18.

2.7 is a new feature release adding things not seen in 2.6.
