[squid-users] always go through parent proxy when go to some domain?

how do I configure squid to make it always go through parent proxy to
some domain?

In my situation, some websites are blocked by firewall and I made an
openvpn from my local proxy to parent proxy and I'd like to force my
local squid to always go through the parent proxy via openvpn when
visiting those domains. Now the openvpn was built well but I have no
idea making squid go through parent proxy only for those defined
domains and always direct for other domains.

idea?
