[squid-users] CD_PARENT_HIT but only on the top listed carp entry

The CD_PARENT_HIT's follow whatever server I have listed highest in my
config, why?
I get the images just fine.

Two types of hits I see in the log:

CD_PARENT_HIT/192.168.131.42
CARP/192.168.131.42

Part of config (there is no origin server on this box only carps,
41,42,43 & 44 have the origin server in their configs, full config file
below):
